*tribute to one of my fav bands ever*

about a week ago, while listening to their haunting melodies, i was reading their story as well + i was inspired to draw this.. they first appeared sometime in 1989, as "the pumpkin fairies", till they were renamed -about a year after- "slowdive", and used that name till they were forever split, in 1995......... :(

this is one of my biggest -in size- detailed drawings in watercolors + markers.. :nod:
but tonight i'm in such a baaad mood (which actually matches perfectly with the heavy dark clouds outside) , so even though i know i should have worked some more on this, i didn't...... :depressed:

that gives you no excuse though to be gentle on me.. :)

i'll probably edit it some more.. but then again, maybe not.. :clueless:
