It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff
-Feathers!
-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?

Sometimes you trust the wrong people.

Within a year I've lost three "friends".

I felt like SH*T.

But I just recently realised they obviously weren't worth it to begin with.

I feel better.

Sometimes people you barely even know treat you unexpectedly well.

So now it's time to focus on my work again and be ready to stand by the people who are always there for me too.

In other news, The Crazy Greek Ladies [aka me and my friend ~gliovampire ] will be attending two comic conventions this spring.

ComicDom in April [link] where I might be at the fanzines floor / table [tbc]
and
The Bristol International Comic Expo again, where we'll actually have our own TABLE !!
We got nr69 [no comments plz LOL!!] and we're super extra excited about this !!

So now I'm struggling to finish all of the mini comics I'd like to have for these conventions on time, so wish me luck !!

If everything goes well, I'll have a new DOUBLE comic of "100% Kiander & Ablyss", including the OOP "100%Mushy #0" and the new unpublished #1.
Both in full colour !!

There will also be a second edition of the limited and sold out "Tw1sted Vision".

It won't be exactly the same as the first limited edition though, one story will change, two new stories will be added and one story will be out.
It'll also have a brand new cover, just you wait !! The few ones who bought the first edition will be able to get the second one in a lower price too.

The story probably won't get a prize, but I'm already a WINNER, since due to this story I got the chance to work with another great artist, Lee Grice from the Small Press Big Mouth podcast and blog. Our first collaboration wasn't planned, but it's been an amazing experience and I'd definitely love working with him again in the future !!

you're so right... I just thought they were "true" friends.
The worst thing is that one of them has even joined my "foes".
And that's probably what hurts the most.

I'm not complaining though, I still have quite a few people who will be there for me.

I'm great. A big ice storm hit here two days ago, and all of my town except 150 households are without power even now. I'm one of those very few lucky souls with lights and heat.

Did you get a royalty payment via PayPal recently? It should have come this week. Mine finally did. Also, let me know what day you want to buy your copies of NACC. I'll set it up so you get the author's price. I have to know in advance because ANYONE who buys that day would get the same non-royalty fee pricing. Not good for you and me!

definitely, sometimes strangers are more supportive because they have not let their guard down yet. they still hold a social mask. but then there is something about the harsh reality of people acting impulsively without a mask that is appreciated because it is real, raw, human interaction, but this certainly has its downside, too.
